Located on the main strip of the Mount, Latitude 37 is well known for its mouthwatering delicious menu that attracts both locals and tourists alike Blazing gas torches and schist stone set a sophisticated atmosphere for you to relax and unwind; while enjoying delicious cuisines or a social beverage

The purpose of this role is to deliver memorable experiences to our customers. You’re the face of the venue and every interaction with customers must aim to exceed their expectations. You will be a hospitality all-rounder, mastering all sections within your venue.

**To be successful in this role, you will...**
- Ideally, have previous experience working in a busy hospitality venue
- Have a passion and desire to surprise and delight everyone that walks into the venue
- Be energetic and enthusiastic with great communication skills
- Have the ability to build great relationships with customers and team members
- Be able to confidently run a busy section
- Not be afraid of hard work or long days
