**The Company**

Large privately owned NZ organisation that operates in the financial services industry looking for 3 x trainers on major ERP project

**The Role**

Working in the Change team, you will join an ERP project that is nearing handover to the business, and therefore require 3 trainers to prepare, plan, and upskill trainers in the business for 'go-live' and 'post go-live'.

**Duties**
- Produce and deliver training material.
- Plan and document how training will be effectively delivered.
- Collaborate with trainers in respective business units to create and execute a training plan and relevant content.
- Upskill and train trainers within the business on the new ERP and processes.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience providing training and education to adults, ideally in IT.
- Background in training trainers.
- Strong content, material, and documentation skills
- Process analysis skills would be beneficial but not essential.
- Engaging, confident and great communicator.
- Problem solver with a can-do attitude.
