We need a butcher who takes pride in presenting the department to a high standard. Our butchers need to ensure effective utilisation of staff resources, oversee/partake in training & development and ensure robust Health & Safety and Food Safety programmes are adhered to.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Always has a good sense of humour and is a team player
- Shows attention to detail and commitment to quality
