**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**
Reporting to the National Safety, Health and Wellbeing Manager - Supply Chain, in this role you will lead our Auckland Regional Distribution Centre (ARDC) safety function ensuring risk is mitigated and that all parties collaborate to achieve common safety targets and goals.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

- Management of safety, health and wellbeing legislative compliance requirements
- Continuous improvement of safety, health and wellbeing systems and processes
- Developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, clearly communicating SH&W matters and developing a culture of care
- Conducting regular audits of locations and audit reporting
- Collaborating with key patterns to develop consistent safety policies, procedures and standards
- Risk and hazardous goods management
- SH&W Training and support
- Support and audit of ACC partnership requirements

**About You | Mōu**
- At least 2 years of Safety, Health and Wellbeing experience in large-scale organisations
- Experience within construction, manufacturing, Working at Height or Waste Management industries
- Strong understanding of technical and compliance requirements across SH&W
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and gain credibility
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Qualifications such as NEBOSH general certificate, MIOSH and/or Environmental qualification, IEMA certificate preferred
- This is an important role within the context of our SH&W journey and one that offers the chance to make a significant impact.
