**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

Looking for a great opportunity to get elbows deep in the challenges of policy and process change and advice within our ER and Holidays Act environment? We’re seeking an experienced HR/ER practitioner who will be a member of our District People and Culture community providing key support to our Holidays Act Project, and beyond.

This role will be working as a key bridge with the Holidays Act project, to design and lead implementation of policy and process change. You’ll be working with the increasing flow of policy and system introduction from national office to ensure our leaders and people receive excellent support and experience locally.

How People and Culture works across Te Whatu Ora is changing, with many opportunities of making a real difference, both for our communities and for your career. The space of ER and policy is currently a core dedicated team within our District P&C directorate. The Holidays Act Project is a team dedicated to implementing the rectification and remediation across both Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley and Wairarapa Districts. This role will have a seat in both teams, and we have team members in Wellington and Hutt, so we can collaborate with our colleagues.
