Our fleet of two ships and over 200 trucks is supported by a nationwide network of 10 depots and a 450+ strong team to deliver hundreds of thousands of tonnes of freight (and passengers) weekly.
**About the role**:
Based at our nice new depot in Wiri, you will be a key support person for overall branch administration and the efficient running of the office and providing support to other departments when required.
This is a permanent, full time role. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.
**Who we are looking for**:

**You need to be**:
- Highly organised and able to prioritise within a busy front office environment
- Show strong attention to detail and desire to deliver to standards of excellence
- Possess high level computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Excel
- A team player who is also self-motivated and can work autonomously, is engaging, professional and demonstrates a respectful interpersonal style of dealing with the broad range of staff and customers
- A person with strong verbal communication skills and specifically, a professional, articulate and polite telephone manner
- An employee who always maintains a high standard of personal presentation
- Interested in dealing with customers including handling difficult customers and problem solving
- Committed to your career, display good time management skills and have a proven track record in the area of good attendance
