We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Property Manager to join our collaborative and dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering results.

As a Property Manager within our team you will take charge of finding and securing new tenants. You will be the driving force behind our success by utilizing your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to connect with prospective tenants, and turn leads into leases.

This is a newly created role to support the General Manager in the servicing of our existing tenants while attracting new high quality tenants. The remuneration package will be negotiated relevant to the skills and experience of the successful applicant. This is a full time position, and will be based at the K G Richardson office in Kennington. Travel and out of office hours support will be required.

The primary responsibilities of this role will include;
- Developing and executing effective strategies to attract new tenants
- Negotiating lease terms/conditions to maximize rental income and minimize vacancies
- Building and maintaining quality relationships with tenants, and providing excellent customer service at every stage of tenancy
- Collaborating with our maintenance team and contractors to ensure the timely resolution of tenant issues
- Preparing legal documents (Agreements to leases, Renewals, Variations, Rent Reviews) and maintaining tenancy records
- Coordinating building inspections and maintenance work
