Office Administration Manager - Blenheim Toyota

We are seeking your talent to support the overall business's success, through your experience and proven background in all areas of office administration. This will include; accounts payable/receivable, General Ledger transactions and balancing, health & safety reporting, financial reporting, and training & development co-ordination. Naturally, you will also have excellent time and organisational management, initiative to always be seeking improvements, and a customer-centric outlook to match our ambition of delivering exceptional and perosnalised customer experiences.

Reporting to the CEO and leading the Blenheim administration team of 4 within our business of 42, this full-time 40hour per week position offers a busy and varied role covering all aspects of office administration. Joining the Blenheim Toyota & Blenheim Collision Repairs teams, you will also be part of our leadership group, supported by our wider McDermid Auto Collective Administration and management team.

This position is available due to the current team member moving from Marlborough, and with this is a potential opportunity for an on-the-job handover along with a genuine insight into the business from the person who has been a successful and valued part of our team for the last 3 years. This transition is also well supported through an experienced on-site team, peers in the same role at our other businesses, our Group Administration Manager, and Group Business Analyst.
