**We are on the hunt for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team for a six-month contract as an A**rea Manager to support our Auckland Duty Free Operations as we continue to grow.**

Based at Auckland Airport, you will use your extensive operational experience to oversee the operations comprising of approximately **200+ employees** across **2** **Large Format Luxury Stores & 1 Cosmetics Store.**

Working as part of a broader management team, you will ensure that overall performance targets are achieved in relation to profit contribution, quality, and landlord expectations. Understanding that each day is unique and will often mean wearing many 'hats' to ensure our brand is well presented and our customers' needs are fulfilled will be a priority.

**You'll have**:

- At least 5 years' retail/hospitality multi-site management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading large teams
- Strong commercial acumen
- The ability to motivate a team of sales professionals to drive sales
- Visual merchandising experience
