Technical Writer

**About the role**:
In this role you will be supporting the Equipment Reliability & Maintenance Department by consolidating and updating technical engineering documentation, Engineering Change Documentation, support Continuous Improvement Projects and provide general support.

The willingness to learn the manufacturing process by talking with engineering colleagues and reading materials to help you become familiar with our product technologies, methods and operating procedure is important. Taking this information and translating it into a documentation system that fits the business need is the outcome.

**About you**:
A great advantage for you can be manufacturing experience, with that there is no doubt you understand the manufacturing lingo, have good technical understanding of moulding and assembly processes. You have excellent computer skills and the ability to understand and document English at an exceptional level. Along with editing, amendment and review of documents, publications and files, you'll confer with customers to establish technical specifications and determine publication material. Selecting photos, sketches, methods of binding etc is part of your brief and we will take your recommendations on how to integrate and delineate technology, operating procedure and production sequence.

You have tertiary qualification, along with solid attention to detail, relationship building skills and self-managing ability to ensure you proactively seek out the right people to ask the right questions. We are building a team that values your ideas and collaboration.
