In this role you will work with the other Advisors in Communications and Engagement to ensure planning and delivery of an internal communications and engagement strategy and an external stakeholder engagement strategy supports the Hospital Network Programme - s strategic direction and strategic priorities.

You will be instrumental in the implementation of an innovative health system and service redesign. Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

- Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
- Proven experience in the delivery of internal communications and engagement planning within complex organisations or change programmes
- Ability to investigate, analyse and contextualise issues, identifying key points to be addressed and simple plans to resolve problems
- A creative, ideas-driven person
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, identifying stakeholder groups and establishing channels for dialogue
