As we prepare to move to a single operator model for the Duty-Free Operations at Auckland Airport, we are looking to bolster our teams with likeminded professionals with an interest in growing their career with a global leader, with a local heartbeat.

To provide a luxurious shopping experience to our customers, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in a permanent full-time role as a **Personal Shopper**.

In this role, you will be expected to provide customers with advanced knowledge of our products, promotions and services, meaningful recommendations and overall, a magical shopping experience.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment or similar role
- Exceptional customer service skills with an emphasis on delivering a memorable experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use initiative and problem solving skills
- Ability to follow processes and strong attention to detail
- A genuine passion and interest in luxury retail
- Availability to work rotating roster incorporating early starts, late finishes and weekends
