Skillset Basketball is looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our coaching team as **Junior Basketball Coaches**. This role is perfect for those who love basketball, enjoy working with kids, and want to develop their coaching skills in a **supportive, hands-on learning environment**.

As a **Junior Coach**, you will work alongside experienced coaches, receiving **mentorship in coaching techniques, player management, and leadership development**. You’ll assist in running training sessions, engaging with players, and learning how to create a **positive and structured** learning environment for young athletes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in coaching basketball sessions, ensuring a fun and engaging environment
Support individual player development and provide encouragement
Help manage training sessions, including setup, warm-ups, and drills
Develop leadership and communication skills through hands-on coaching experience
Foster teamwork, confidence, and skill development in young players
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all athletes
