- We have over 1,300 staff working together across 13 locations to keep the power on and the lights going for our customers.
- We are on the lookout for an experienced Asset Inspector to join our experienced Maintenance Support team.**The role**
Reporting to the Inspections Team Manager you’ll be responsible for conducting routine Asset Inspections on Vector’s networks as well as remedy minor maintenance issues as required.
- This role will see you accountable for undertaking assigned asset inspections and repairs of minor non-shut down maintenance issues, identifying potential problems and solutions, as well as reporting of your inspections.**What’s in it for you?**

**About you**
You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills and preferably experience working in diverse and multi-cultural environments. You’ll also have:
- A current EWRB registration and/or a current practising licence.
- Strong knowledge of relevant Codes of Practice, Policies, Work Procedures and relevant parts of the Safety Manual - Electricity Industry
- Ability to identify and resolve minor maintenance issues
- Strong sense of health and safety
- A critical thinker with contemplative skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
