**About the role**:
The role is focused on providing a positive Risk and Assurance culture through the delivery of robust risk and compliance practices, reporting, and enhancing risk capability through education and guidance to the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand, report and manage operational and compliance risk
- Effectively manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Support the delivery of quality advice and effectively influence management in their R&C obligations
- Assist with monitoring and assessment of enterprise risks, the internal compliance assurance programme and incident management process

**Key Requirements**:

- Appropriate business qualification at a tertiary level
- Financial Services industry background
- Preferred experience in investment/wealth management
- A personable character and team player
