Queenstown, New Zealand Dowd Concrete & Plaster Ltd Full time

We are looking for someone to work along the Head Plasterer to help deliver the quality work expected by our clients. The successful applicant will:

- preferably hold a qualification in solid plastering (but not essential),
- take pride in own work and have great attention to detail,
- be able to work unsupervised and enjoy working on own at times,
- be knowledgeable in or willing to learn about decorative plaster finishes,
- have the legal right to work in New Zealand,
- have a valid NZ Drivers Licence and own vehicle

Key duties will include (but are not limited to):

- measurement and assessment of work (if requested),
- prepping surfaces for plastering
- sand, paint and seal surfaces where required
- when required, install plasterboard, insulation and vapour barriers prior to plastering
- keeping all work areas and work vehicles tidy
- keep good work notes and records
- assist with training junior staff, if required

The role is permanent and full-time, with a minimum 30 hours paid each week. Renumeration will depend on experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
