Our Whānau Ora Delivery tīma is looking for a **Kaiārahi, Te Whakarato i te Whānau Ora | Manager, Whānau Ora Delivery**.** This role is permanent, full time and based in Te Tari Matua, Pōneke | National Office, Wellington.

Whānau Ora is a culturally grounded, holistic, and strengths-based approach that puts whānau and families at the centre of the services and supports they need, to build on their strengths and achieve their aspirations, led through a devolved commissioning model

As the Manager, Whānau Ora Delivery, you will play a key role in leading the delivery of the Whānau Ora work programme. You will manage the strategic and contractual relationships with the commissioning agencies and provide support to our Regional Directors.

The likely appointment range is $184,288 - $207,324 based on skills and experience.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in investment and programme delivery
- Experience managing high performing teams
- The ability to navigate different political environments
- Excellent relationship management skills and maintain a high level of responsiveness
- Experience working with legal documents and providing informed advice related to them
- Strong written and oral skills
