**Responsibilities**:

- Installing tiles on walls and floors
- Measuring and cutting tiles
- Loading and unloading building supplies, materials, and tools, site clean up
- Preparing surfaces for tiling
- Ensuring that work meets quality standards
- Removing old tiles, grout, and adhesive, filling holes and cracks if needed
- Preparing and cleaning wall and floor surfaces for tiling
- Using all kinds of tools and equipment provided to cut and shape the tiles needed
- Being able to do regrouting
- Checking tiles are laid with correct and nice spacing and removing excess grout
- Being able to lay underlays and assist with installing the underfloor heating system
- Returning to the site to remedy any issues or defects

**Requirements**:

- Good attitude with desire to learn and up-skills
- Reliable and hardworking with proven work record and reliable references
- Proven experience as a wall and floor tiler
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- At minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Tiler or equivalent position in construction
- Be proficient in Waterproofing, screeding, recesses, mitering
- Be familiar with many types of tiles: large format tiles, mosaics and subways, etc.
- Being able to work without supervision
- High standard of workmanship
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability and Proactive
- Clean and tidy
- Knowledge in underfloor heating installation would be an advantage
