Are you a quality assurance expert with a passion for building frameworks, improving processes, and coaching teams to excellence? SkyCity is looking for a **Financial Crime Quality Assurance and Training Manager** to lead the charge in strengthening our financial crime prevention capabilities.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

In this pivotal role, you will:

- Design and implement a robust QA framework for financial crime operations, including evaluation tools, control procedures, and best practice standards.
- Lead structured quality reviews and compliance audits, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver targeted training programs to upskill teams, reinforce compliance, and embed a culture of quality.
- Coach and mentor staff through feedback loops and performance conversations to ensure high standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate across departments to align processes, share insights, and support the rollout of new QA tools and systems.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using data-driven root cause analysis and risk mitigation strategies.

**Mōu** **| About You**
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or financial crime operations.
- Proven ability to build and manage QA frameworks from the ground up.
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills to influence and uplift team performance.
- Experience with training design and delivery, including e-learning, workshops, and SOP development.
- Familiarity with AML/CFT or regulatory environments is a plus—but not essential.
