**About us**

Experion Care NZ is a growing Age Care operator in NZ. Experion Care currently owns six specialized Residential Care facilities in the North and South Island.

Bardowie Retirement Complex is a part of our group, located in Napier. With a welcoming environment we form a partnership with our residents to ensure their independence, privacy, dignity, cultural and religious needs are met as individuals. At Bardowie Retirement Complex, we are looking for:

- Full time Caregivers
- Part time Caregivers

**About you**
- Experience preferred but not essential.
- Capable of managing challenging behaviours.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Must be available for Night Shift, if needed.
- High energy, enthusiasm and a team player.
- Be Flexible and have a reliable transport.
- Be punctual, reliable and honest.

**Key skills required.**
- Dynamic and team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- You must be empathetic but also firm and resilient.
- Be able to engage with family and be culturally sensitive.
- All applicants must have a valid work visa, New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency

**Salary**: $26.16 - $28.25 per hour
