**About us**The Northern Regional Alliance (NRA) was formally established in 2013 by the Northern Region District Health Boards. The NRA undertakes activities to support the four Northern Region District Health Boards (DHBs) - Northland, Waitemata, Auckland and Counties Manukau DHBs, in their implementation of Government health policies and Ministerial priorities as directed by the DHBs and approved by the NRA Board.

Regional Decision Support work is undertaken to support DHBs in regional health planning and workforce development functions. In addition to delivering established work for regional health planning and DHBs' funding and planning responsibilities, the scope of work for the team continues to broaden to assist the wider role for which NRA has responsibility.

This position requires any worker to be vaccinated for vaccine preventable diseases including Covid-19.

- Strong logical mind with excellent problem solving skills
- Genuine enjoyment of data analysis
- English fluency and strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver your ideas in a logical and concise manner
- Demonstrated abilities with tools such as SQL, Javascript, ReactJS, Git & R
- Strive to write clean and maintainable code
- Excellent team skills and an ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others

The position is full-time based in Auckland.
