Cabinet Maker and Delivery Drivers

We are looking for experience Cabinet Maker to join our team.
Be physically fit and have a reliable transport to come to work. Be able to use power tools and work right work ethics.
A minimum 3 year work experience required or preferred
As a competent person you are expected to perform following tasks:
1) Sets up and operates variety of woodworking machines and uses various hand tools to fabricate and repair wooden cabinets high-grade furniture
2) Study blueprints or drawings of articles to be constructed or repaired and plans sequence of cutting or shaping operations to be performed
3) Mark outline or dimensions of parts on paper or lumber stock, according to blueprint or drawing specifications
4) Match materials for color, grain, or texture
5) Sets up and operates woodworking machines, like power saws, jointer, mortise, tenner, molder, and shaper, to cut shape parts from Woodstock
6) Trim component parts of joints to make sure snug fit, using hand tools, like planes, chisels, or wood files
7) Bore holes for insertion of screws or dowels by hand or using boring machine
8) Glue, fits, and clamps parts subassemblies together to form complete unit, using clamps or clamping machine
9) Drive nails or other fasteners into joints at designated places to reinforce joints
10) Sand and scrapes surfaces joints of articles to prepare articles for finishing
11) May repair high-grade articles of furniture
12) May dip, brush, or spray assembled articles with protective or decorative materials, like stain, varnish, or paint
13) May install hardware, like hinges, catches, and drawer pulls
14) May repair furniture, equipment, and fixtures be designated Cabinetmaker, Maintenance woodworking
15) May be designated according to products made as Piano-Case Maker musical inst.
16) May cut, shape, and assemble wooden parts to construct frames for refrigeration equipment be designated Refrigerator Cabinetmaker svc.
**Delivery Driver Responsibilities**:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering company products to customers in a timely fashion and ensure smooth and consistent operation to satisfy customer requirements. Duties include operating a commercial vehicle on roadways, collecting monies due and processing appropriate paperwork.
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Accepting payments for delivered items, if necessary.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Operating equipment and machines as per the work demands
- Operate vehicle and safe and secure manner
- Be mindful of Health and safety of your own and others at the same time
- Be safe of road, park only on loading zone or designated areas
- Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck
- Communicating with dispatchers/Manager, drivers and other team members to make deliveries
- Meeting delivery deadlines
- Performing basic truck maintenance
- Tracking shipments and deliveries
- Obtaining client or customer signatures when needed
- Deliver assigned orders to customer accounts in a safe, timely and efficient manner
- Read invoices and manifests to ensure appropriate products are delivered to each customer in a designated timeframe
- Assemble customer orders and place product in storage or account specific designated areas
- Work safely at all times and notify the company of any safety related issues immediately
- Complete a pre and post trip inspection of the truck and communicate any needed repairs to the mechanic
- Maintain good communication and relations with internal and external customers
- Provide continuous improvement feedback and communication to management
- Work with and support customer service and sales teams to improve daily productivity
- Comply with company safety standards, Department of Transportation regulations, Alcoholic Beverage Control regulations and warehouse delivery policies and procedures
- Ensure load is secured to prevent breakage
- Complete necessary paperwork related to deliveries and collect payments from customers
Pay rate
**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
