**A bit about the role**

We are looking for a Full Time, Permanent Retail Team Member to work Tuesday to Saturday in our busy Indoor and Outdoor Garden departments.

The hours for the position are:

- Tuesday 9.00am - 5.30pm
- Wednesday 9.00am - 5.30pm
- Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm
- Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
- Saturday 8.00am - 4.30pm

In this role you will offer our customers an exceptional in store and after sales service, answering their queries and assisting them with their purchasing decisions. Your role will also involve stock integrity, merchandising and improving your product knowledge so you can make the customer experience even better.

**A bit about you...**
- A genuine enthusiasm to offer outstanding customer service to each and every customer
- An upbeat, high energy personality
- A strong appreciation for working as a team - we are a busy store so working as one team allows us to achieve exceptional results and offer that great customer service our customers expect
- A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible
- A willingness to learn, and have excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of horticulture would be an advantage, but product knowledge can be taught
- A full drivers licence or forklift licence would be a great advantage - but not essential
