- ** About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic administrator to join our Outpatient team.

In this role, you will oversee and supervise all Administration functions across our outpatient locations at the North Shore and Waitakere sites. You will collaborate closely with the Charge Nurse Managers (CNMs) at both sites to ensure the efficient operation of all reception areas within the Outpatient departments.

Other key responsibilities involve coordinating scheduling, collaborating with clinical leaders to support operational needs, and ensuring efficient use of available resources across locations.

Health New Zealand Waitematā provides health services to approximately 650,000 residents of the North Shore, Waitakere, and Rodney areas. It has the largest population of any district health area.

**About you**

- Proven administration experience
- Strong knowledge of iPM or similar patient management systems
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service with a patient-centered approach and the ability to handle queries and concerns professionally and empathetically
