**Job Description**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity to work in our South City store as an Online Fulfilment Team Member/3IC

This role requires a hard-working, enthusiastic, and committed person to pick and pack our online orders, additionally you will be the 3IC for a few days per week. You will have excellent communication skills, a great eye for detail and be able to remain cool under pressure. We want people who can start at short notice, and see a job from start to finish.

You will be searching for the shop floor for products, which may result in helping customers in-store with their inquiries so any previous experience in retail or customer service would be advantageous. Online fulfillment is a busy area, with shifts covering all hours of the day and evenings. You may be required to work different shifts depending on busy periods and demand
**This role is a permanent full time position working a combination of Team Member and 3IC hours, as detailed below.**

Sunday, Monday 3.30pm-Midnight 3IC**:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3.30pm-Midnight Team Member**

**Qualifications**:
It can also be physically demanding at times so we’re looking for people with a great attitude and a good degree of strength and who can keep up with our fast-paced environment.

If you are a focused and resilient team player who is able to follow and execute plans along with having great organisational skills and excellent attention to detail then this is for you.

Additional Information**
To qualify for this role legally you must be over 16 to work after 10pm.**
Our Online Fulfilment Teams often work during these hours and we take the safety of our Team Members very seriously. You must have reliable transport to get to and from work during these times and be physically fit enough to undertake some heavy lifting.
