Join Rentokil Initial, a global leader in providing solutions for hygiene and pest control. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telephone Sales Consultant to support our sales efforts and engage with existing and potential clients.
In this full-time, permanent office-based position, you will be working in your own territory, selling a range of our Residential Pest Services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to generate and convert business opportunities with prospective and existing customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every incoming call while proactively seeking out sales prospects.
- Ensure that the entire sales process is carried out efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support, ensuring that customer issues are effectively resolved.
- Oversee the daily administrative tasks related to your customer accounts.
- Plan and organize effectively to respond promptly to customer requests and adapt quickly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months experience working in telesales or call centre environments is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to identify potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Capable of building strong and beneficial relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively handle territory management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining a positive and friendly tone.
- Proficient in establishing first-time contact with prospective customers.
