We’re on the hunt for an energetic and detail-oriented person who is passionate about delivering results to join our Delivery Practice Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with us across all business areas of Beca, collaborating closely with our senior delivery leaders to drive end-to-end improvements in our project delivery practices, tools, and people.

If you're a team player, excited by challenge and growth, then this role is perfect for you It'll involve a diverse range of tasks such as:

- Coordinating and supporting on-going implementation of learning and development programmes and activities, including the Work Package, Job Manager, and Job Director Programmes, and the Amplify Delivery Drop-in learning sessions. This includes setting up sessions, updating attendance records, and responding to related queries.
- Planning, producing, and supporting facilitators in delivering engaging online learning events accessed through Microsoft Teams.
- Monitoring, triaging, and responding to business and corporate queries relating to delivery processes, tools, and training.
- Coordinating group events for Delivery Practice, such as the Technical & Delivery Conference.
- Assisting with arrangement and scheduling of job internal audits and close out of audit findings.
- Assisting with maintenance and update of Job Delivery intranet, reference material, and job delivery directories.
- Providing other admin support to the Delivery Practice team members and delivery initiatives.

You'll need to be well-organised, action-oriented, and enjoy interacting with a diverse, fun team. Your role will involve proactively identifying the team's needs and adapting to changing priorities. You will combine energy with calm efficiency, adept at anticipating needs and multi-tasking with flair You are not afraid to positively influence others when deadlines are imminent.

Part of a small, vibrant, and geographically diverse team, this role will suit a great communicator with a growth mindset who is happy to connect via remote working. You should be able to demonstrate a base understanding of our delivery processes, systems, tools, and have a sound understanding of MS Office 365 tools. It would suit someone at or developing towards Career Level 4.
