**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, conveyors, and other production equipment.
- Ensure all mechanical equipment is functioning efficiently to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment or upgrades to existing systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve any mechanical issues that may affect the production process.
- Conduct root cause analysis on mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain records of equipment inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Support in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the plant.
- Assist in the development and improvement of maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Work closely with the Engineering and Production teams to improve processes and implement cost-saving initiatives.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- At least a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial machinery, and production processes.
- Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems is a plus.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
