We are seeking 3-5 permanent full-time ((Minimum 40 hours Maximum 60 hours per week) competent construction workers to join our team. As a construction worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, building foundations, framing, roofing, and finishing work.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, grading, and leveling
- Set up and maintain construction equipment and tools
- Load and unload building materials and equipment
- Assist with the installation of building foundations, including footings and concrete forms
- Participate in framing and roofing activities, including cutting, measuring, and installing framing materials
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth in preparation for construction
- Build or take apart bracing, barricades, forms, scaffolding, and other structures
- Follow construction plans, blueprints, and instructions provided by coworkers
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
