**Must be happy to relocate to / work in Taupo **

My client is looking for a **Drainage Foreman** to support delivery of their drainage/water reticulation works for different projects around **Taupo**. This is an awesome opportunity for an experienced drainage foreperson, or a person with drain laying experience looking to take a step up in their career.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Lead a crew and support the training of apprentices.
- Work closely with the Site Manager to plan and manage job progress, methodology and resource needs.
- Interpret drawings and specifications, to ensure excellence in delivery.
- Manage HS&E standards, and QA testing and record keeping.
- Ensure day to day task requirements are completed effectively.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the relevant instructions and specifications.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Full, clean drivers’ licence
- Possess a no fuss, “can-do” attitude.
- A great attitude and drive to support the team - **this is the biggest priority **:

- A proven track record in successful drainage
- Ability to read plans and do set out
- Experience in leadership role
