With a large hospital campus in Palmerston North, it also provides key health care and support services to neighbouring communities.
**The Opportunity**
The opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic staff member to join the Team as our Consumer Liaison in the Women's Health Service. This is a part time position, 24 hours a week.
This role purpose is:
- To foster and support the development and delivery of consumer-focused Maternity and Women's Health Services across the continuum of care.
- To facilitate consumer feedback and to bring that perspective to the service for robust and sustainable improvements to the service.
- To initiate consumer focussed service improvement across the continuum of care.
- To provide a consumer perspective in policy, planning, service development and implementation and to facilitate and support consumer participation in these processes.
