Our team at Habit Health's East Tamaki branch in Auckland is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary clinic to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of - the Habit Health way. Join our dedicated and experienced Voc team, where we are committed to ensuring safe and sustainable return to work pathways for every individual. We are currently seeking a passionate professional for a fixed-term role to cover maternity leave.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Meeting with clients and employers at their workplace
- Making ergonomic adjustments/recommendations and supporting them in their return to work journey following injury
- Liaise with allied health team members in a supportive MDT
- Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
- Utilise diary management software

- Minimum 5 years of experience including provision of vocational services would be beneficial
