**What you’ll be doing
We are looking for an Operational Support Engineer to join our technical team.

The role will provide technical support and assistance to the manufacturing team, and lead manufacturing investigations. You will also support continuous improvement activities on the production line.

You will strive to generate ideas and support continuous improvement of the technical team.

**Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Manufacturing equipment.
- Support process improvements and corrective actions.
- Lead investigations of non-conformance reports and drive required corrective actions
- Implement change/improvements in accordance with change control procedures.
- Revise documentation as part of ongoing improvements to the production line.
- Maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with set standards.
- Support implementation of new equipment and processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers and external contractors to undertake activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.

**What you’ll bring
Ideally you have a BE with a minimum of 2-3 year in a manufacturing support or operational quality role in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Food industry. Comprehensive understanding and experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.

We’re also looking for someone who is proactive, organized and has great attention to detail. You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication and you’re a self-starter who is happy to take things and run with them.
