- Job title: Abeil Supervisor
- Job location: Auckland region (based in 84 Kerrs Road, Wiri/Manukau or allocated clients' sites)
- Number of positions for this job: 1
- Employment type: Permanent, Full-time
- Days required: Monday to Friday and weekends when required
- Hours per week: The normal work hours for a week are 40, to be worked during the hours of 6AM to 6PM Monday to Friday and weekends when required. Sometimes our work will be affected by things that are out of control e.g. poor/unsafe weather conditions, so your start and finish times and days of work may vary as directed. Your hours of work will not be reduced below 30 hours and any increase in hours will be reasonable.
- Job description: Lead and coordinate abseil crews across multiple Auckland sites. Manage project delivery across the Auckland metropolitan area. Work with our sales team on quoting and scoping major projects. Be instrumental in growing a broad service offering. Deliver a strong safety performance and quality assurance. Manage client relationships and drive an exceptional service delivery that meets their expectations. Every day will vary

**Requirements**:

- IRATA Level 2-3 qualified including proficiency in theoretical knowledge, equipment and rigging, maneuvers, climbing and rescue/hauling.
- Proven experience leading teams in the trades industry (2+ years minimum)
- Experience managing commercial projects would be helpful.
- Sharp problem-solving abilities and cool head under pressure
- Outstanding communication and time management skills
- Knowledge/experience as Building Wash Technician (waterblasting, waterfed poling, squeegeeing / blading, whirlaway, moss and mould treatment) would be ideal.
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) and Working at Heights certificate would be advantageous however training can be given.
- Conversant with relevant work techniques and legislation.
- Full Class 1 driver licence
- Ability to work productively in adverse conditions.
- Physically and mentally fit.
- A strong health and safety focus at all times
- The ability to work collaboratively
