**About the position**

To support our business growth, Aibrook is seeking a skilled and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is instrumental in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities that effectively promote our brand, products, and services. You will develop targeted campaigns, manage digital marketing initiatives, and ensure consistent and impactful communication across all channels. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and attention to detail to achieve measurable marketing results, with the ability to effectively promote our brand to residential clients while expanding into the commercial sector.

**Summary of key information**
- Nature of employment: Permanent full-time
- Remuneration: $32 to $34 per hour
- Overtime rate: at the rate of normal salary for any time worked in addition to an ordinary work week.
- Minimum guaranteed hours of work: 30 hours per week
- Maximum hours of work: fixed 40 hours per week
- Location of work: Aibrook northshore office and showroom, Auckland.

**Summary of key responsibilities (including but not limited to)**
- Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the aluminium alloy doors, windows, and related products sector for both residential and commercial clients; provide management with recommendations on market positioning, product mix, and pricing strategies.
- Advise the company’s leadership on the most effective marketing channels, communication approaches, and promotional activities for different customer segments, ensuring optimal reach and engagement in the residential and commercial markets.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that strengthen Aibrook’s brand presence and support sales objectives across existing property renovations,residential housing projects, and commercial building developments.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing assets, including brochures, catalogues, promotional videos, and digital content, ensuring alignment with Aibrook brand identity and strategic objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing etc., to drive qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows, industry exhibitions, in-store promotions, and other events to effectively showcase Aibrook’s aluminium product range to both residential and commercial audiences.
- Liaise with external suppliers and service providers (e.g., designers, printers, photographers etc.) to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of marketing outputs.
- Monitor, measure, and analyse the performance of marketing activities; prepare evaluation reports and recommend improvements to enhance return on investment.
- Ensure the timely rollout of planned activities and alignment with business priorities.
- Undertake other marketing-related tasks as required to support the growth objectives.

**Key requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and customer engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to different audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A genuine interest in the aluminium joinery and products industry, with a willingness to continuously learn about product features, design trends, and customer needs.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
