**About the role | Ko te mahi nei**

As an Activities & Events Crew Member, you will:

- Play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our Recreation & Sport Centres.
- You'll be responsible for opening and preparing facilities, setting up and packing down equipment, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for events and activities.
- You'll be the first point of contact for customers, offering a friendly and engaging experience that aligns with our high customer service standards.
- Your contribution will help make sure our facilities are welcoming, safe, and ready for action every time.
- You will also have the opportunity to be part of some amazing events, ranging from sporting events and competitions to expos and an extensive range of other exciting recreational activities. Every day will be different, and there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved in events that bring people together

**Shift Hours**:

- Monday, 7am - 3:30pm, Pioneer.
- Friday 7am - 3:30pm, Pioneer.
- Sunday, 2pm - 8:30pm, Graham Condon.
- Casual, across our facilities.

**About you | Ko Koe Tēnei**

We're looking for someone who is:

- ** Experienced in customer service** and passionate about the events and recreation industry.
- ** Results-driven**, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and manage your time effectively.
- ** Problem-solver**, with a positive, can-do attitude and the skills to resolve issues and handle conflict when needed.

**Additional Information | Ko ētahi atu kōrero**:

- Position: Permanent part-time and casual.
- Salary: $27.80 per hour, we pay the current NZ living wage
