**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their medical history, concerns, and desired outcomes.
- Create personalized treatment plans based on clients needs and preferences.
- Educate clients about the benefits of reflexology and recommend lifestyle changes or additional therapies to enhance their well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment details and progress notes.
- Stay informed about current trends, techniques, and developments in the field of reflexology.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards in all interactions with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience OR a Certificate or Diploma in Reflexology from an accredited institution.
- In-depth knowledge of reflexology techniques and their therapeutic benefits.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, particularly as it relates to the feet, hands, and ears.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and create a comfortable treatment environment.
- Ability to assess clients needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the job.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to accommodate client appointments.
