**To be considered for one of our apprenticeships you will need**:

- To have a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to learn;
- Commitment to rigorous self-study to complete your MITO qualification within four (4) years;
- Have achieved at least a NCEA level 2 in Maths & English;
- Access to reliable transport to and from the branch you will be working at;
- A minimum Class 1 restricted license; and
- Citizenship from New Zealand or be a Permanent Resident.

Ideally, you will have a pre-trade certificate, such as Level 3 Automotive or Diesel Mechanic Certificate and some hands on work experience working on vehicles. However, this is not a mandatory requirement.
