Our client is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and leading the Marketing and Sales strategies at their renowned destination. This is driving customers in tourism along with national retail honey sales focus.

**Role description**:
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will take the reins in devising and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and managing the sales efforts. Your role involves cultivating client relationships with tourism operators and direct customers, along with growing retail customers to elevate our honey brands market presence.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Designing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to drive sales and expand the brand's growth.
- Setting and achieving ambitious targets and objectives.
- Conducting thorough market analysis to identify trends and consumer behavior, optimizing marketing efforts accordingly.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and uphold superior customer satisfaction.
- Delivering comprehensive reports on marketing and sales performance, providing key insights for continuous improvement.
