The Customer Support position is responsible for supporting our Agents with the sale and delivery of Toyota New Vehicles. This role offers loads of variety and people interaction so strong interpersonal skills and a real desire to help our Agents are essential. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing up to date information on the delivery and allocation of vehicles- Providing information and insights on market conditions and highlight sales opportunities to support sales growth, targets, and profitability- Supporting the registration of vehicle processes as required- Supporting the Toyota Store Network to prepare relevant documentation and processing of NV salesWe pride ourselves on our people - so you will need:
