**Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced** Heavy Equipment Team Leader.** In this role, your focus will be to manage our busy equipment team based in our Auckland Branch. We are looking for someone that we can invest in, and we want to be a part of your professional development. In addition, you will be joining a supportive and professional team of like-minded people with some of the coolest equipment on offer.

**We would like to hear from you if you have the following**:

- Significant experience in the Heavy Equipment and Machinery industry
- Demonstrated experience in leading and growing a team
- Extensive knowledge of Heavy Equipment
- Excellent diagnostic ability and analytical thinking to navigate complex issues and deliver high quality outcomes
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to run a productive and efficient workshop
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
