**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

Host Responsibility is fundamental to our ability to operate as a business, and SkyCity is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all our customers and employees by ensuring our positive culture delivers excellent Host Responsibility. In line with this and with the support of our new facial recognition technology, we have created a team to maintain and enhance our leading approach to Host Responsibility so are seeking an exceptional people-orientated Host to join our team on a part time basis.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

- Proactively monitors uncarded continuous play customers and actions play alerts where necessary
- Actions all Facial Recognition Long Stay alerts
- Proactively engages with customers in the gaming areas
- Provides Host Responsibility information to customers as and when required

**Mōu | About You**
- Well-demonstrated customer service experience with an approachable and friendly demeanour
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to interact with a wide range of people and the confidence to build relationships
- Sensitive to others needs and be able to show empathy and concern even in difficult situations
- Excellent attention to detail and strong situational awareness
- Accurate data entry and PC skills
- The ability to speak additional languages would be advantageous as would experience in a gambling environment.

The must-have's:

- The availability to work rotational shifts within a 24/7 operation
- Be over 20 years of age
- Have a clear credit history and criminal record
