You will work collaboratively with our Operations Supervisor and wider team by providing day-to-day operational support and ensure we are delivering safe, reliable, and quality transport to our clients. This is a fast-paced, exciting industry and this position will suit someone who thrives on change and quick, methodical decision making.

**This is a permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week)**

**What you'll do**:

- Provide operational support to the Operations Supervisor and the wider team with various operational and administrative duties.
- Ordering and processing of staff uniforms, stationary and other depot supplies.
- Administrative reporting, including overseeing the coordination of bus audits and fault reports.
- Foster a proactive Health and Safety culture by assisting with committee meetings and supporting our team to comply with all requirements.

- Advanced technical skills and willingness to adapt to new technology,
- A current class 2 or 4 drivers' licence with the ability to gain a Passenger endorsement (if you don't have one already)
- Transport industry experience is a must.
