Bookkeeper

Weekly hours of work will be - 35-40.

Pay rate

Relevant qualification Or work experience of minimum 6 months in similar field will be more beneficial for the role.

You will report direct to Orchard Manager Or director.
- Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts by using computer system
- Processing payments
- Conducting daily banking activities
- Producing various financial reports
- Reconciling records such as bank statements.
- Issue invoices to customers
- Ensure the receivables are collected promptly
- Record cash receipts and make bank deposits
- Issue and verify financial statements and if any error rectifies or inform management
- Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company’s financial statements and GST
- Purchase orders as required
- Maintain annual budgets and accounts and prepare reports of expenditures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Te Puke, Bay of Plenty: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
