**Job Description**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity at our Dannevirke store for you to take your first step into leadership working as both a Duty Manager and a Fill Team Member

A Duty Manager takes the lead in the absence of the manager, overseeing store operations and cashing up. You will keep the team focused by ensuring they are continuously developed, actively promoting a safe environment, ensuring trading requirements are met, controlling shrinkage, and maintaining consistency.

As part of the Dayfill team you will be responsible for helping to clear product deliveries from the stockroom and display it on the shop floor. Some of the areas in our stores have a planogram to follow so your excellent attention to detail and ability to follow plans and instructions is important.

This is a full time permanent position working the following shifts:

- Tuesday 5pm-9pm Day Fill
- Wednesday Day Fill 1pm-5:30pm Duty Manager 5:30-8:30pm
- Thursday Day Fill 1pm-5:30pm Duty Manager 5:30-8:30pm
- Friday Day Fill 1pm-5:30pm Duty Manager 5:30-8:30pm
- Saturday Day Fill 1pm-5:30pm Duty Manager 5:30-8:30pm

Starting rate for this Duty Manager hours is $25.70ph, and Day Fill is $22.10ph.

**Qualifications**:
To be a Duty Manager you will need;
- Drive and ambition
- The ability to interpret and execute plans
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- First Aid certificate, Building Warden training
- Minimum two years' service in retail and preferably some leadership experience but not required, training will be given.
