About the role | Mō te Tūranga
Working on projects locally and across NZ, you’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering a diverse and challenging civil engineering portfolio. We work on plenty of complex, large-scale infrastructure projects, with an opportunity to bring new ideas, innovation and thinking to the table. This role will see you involved in technical design along with developing and maintaining positive and productive client relationships. Using your stakeholder management skills to engage your clients, project partners and your own project team, you’ll also support with day-to-day technical leadership, along with coaching and mentoring our junior engineers to improve their skills and deliver excellence.

About You | Mōu
- You’ll have strong experience across a wide variety of infrastructure design aspects, and experience in pipe networks, pressure pipes and pump systems.
- We’re ideally looking for someone with a civil/mechanical background, with experience in pipe works and mechanics for reservoirs and treatment plants.
- You’ll be a technically astute engineer with relevant experience in the NZ regulatory environment.
- Experience in Design and Construct Tender processes is preferred.
- With project lead and relationship building capabilities, your experience will span from proposals through to project delivery.
- Your excellent technical skills will be matched by your ability to build meaningful client relationships and you’ll be a confident communicator with the willingness to help out at every level.
