**Nightfill Supervisor/Duty Manager - New World Halswell**

Halswell New World, located in Halswell Christchurch, is a dynamic and customer-focused supermarket dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience where people are at the heart of everything that we do. We have an exciting opportunity in our Dry Goods Department, and we are looking for someone to join our leadership team as a Nightfill Supervisor/Duty Manager. We require someone with the ability and passion to continue to challenge, drive and grow the business.

The successful applicant is a person who can plan, organise, lead and control the operations of the night-fill Grocery Department. This role also includes duty management responsibilities, so would suit someone with experience in this role. However, training will be provided.

This is a full-time position, reporting directly to the Dry Goods Manager and Store Manager.

Please note we aren't looking for the successful applicant to start till the 31st of March.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Exceeding Customers service expectations
- Ensure a consistently high level of presentation in the Grocery Department
- Managing operations and production to meet customers’ requirements
- Organising, leading and coaching of staff
- Loss Prevention
- Ensuring standards of all products are achieved and maintained
- The implementation of our Food and Health and Safety requirements
- Monitoring and managing production to minimise waste

**The hours for the below role are**:
Monday: 2.00pm-11.00pm

Tuesday: 2.00pm-11.00pm

Friday: 2.00pm-11.00pm

Saturday: 2.00pm-11.00pm

Sunday: 2.00pm-11.00pm
