**About the role**:
As our Campus Administrator you’ll be critical to the ongoing success of our awesome West Auckland Trades Campus
- All students and visitors are provided a warm welcome and their queries are promptly answered or appropriately escalated
- Student administration and support is effectively provided
- The campus manager is provided with efficient and effective administrative support
- Administrative support is provided to the Academic and Sales Teams
- Systems and inventory are effectively managed to ensure the efficient operation of the campus
- The values of the organization are supported, and understanding is actively demonstrated
**About you**:
- Well established leadership and people management experience with the ability to empower your direct reports
- Education sector experience an advantage but not essential
- Values that are closely aligned with ours as these are how we engage with each other our way, everyday
- A passion for quality education and a desire to support graduate success, during their studies and on to successful industry employment
- Ability to focus on compliance and to respect policies, procedures and expectations
- Self-motivated with a desire for further development opportunities
- Solution focused with the ability to persevere when under pressure and embrace change
- Ability to engage effectively and grow strong relationships with stakeholders, particularly the local community
