**About the Role**:
In this role, you'll collaborate with our team to create tailored 3D home configurations for our clients using Tiny Easy's proprietary design software. Your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing client onboarding documents to establish initial configurator frameworks.
- Reconstructing individual 3D home designs by interpreting and implementing client-supplied floor plans within our drag-and-drop platform.
- Developing custom materials and textures using Photoshop as specified by clients, contributing to our expanding materials library.
- Create custom 3D models in Sketchup to represent custom furniture and other objects required for each client's configurations.
- Configuring dynamic options for each home model, enabling end-users to customize various aspects of their designs.
- Preparing and finalizing configurations within our internal system to ensure they are launch-ready.
- Incorporating client feedback to refine and perfect configurations as needed.

Initially, you'll work on predefined configurator projects with comprehensive documentation, receiving close guidance to familiarize you with our internal processes. As you demonstrate the ability to autonomously produce high-quality configurations, there will be opportunities to expand your role to include increased client interactions. This growth may lead to managing the entire post-contract process, from clarifying project details with clients to testing and launching the configurator, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

**This Role Is a Good Fit For You If**:

- You can read and interpret floor plans/blueprints and have experience drafting or creating 3D models from them.
- You’re comfortable using Photoshop or similar tools to create custom textures.
- You have previous experience with Sketchup.
- You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
- You enjoy working in a small team and are open to providing feedback to improve workflows.
- You have strong spoken and written English skills and feel comfortable on video calls.
- You’re a quick learner who can adapt to new software and technologies.
- You’re well-organized and can manage your workload to meet deadlines efficiently.

**Bonus Skills & Experience (Nice to Have)**:

- You’re passionate about tiny homes and understand the industry.
- You have some programming knowledge or an understanding of software development concepts.
- You’ve worked with JSON files before.
- You've used Unity 3D before.
- You’ve used Tiny Easy’s 3D Tiny House Design Software.

Our mission is to streamline every step in the sales, design, and build process, enabling builders to focus on what they do best: closing clients, designing exceptional homes, and constructing environmentally friendly houses.

This is a per project contractor position.

**Location**:
You work from home and can live anywhere in the world regardless the time difference to New Zealand as long as you can communicate with the team in a timely manner when interaction is required.

(We work from Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM New Zealand Standard Time NZST).

**Pay**:
$2000 NZD - $5000 NZD per project depending on complexity.

Depending on your speed, projects can take anywhere from ~50 - ~150 hours to complete.
