Merchandiser - Wigram

You will optimize sales with our customers through the instore activations of our products, promotions and displays. You will deliver our field KPIs and annual objectives.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
- Monitor shelf and assortment.
- Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores.
- Perform required administrative tasks.
- Optimize the use of our point-of-sales material.
- Be the customer's first choice of supplier.
- Create exposure in stores.

- Previous merchandising experience (preferred)
- Confident with good interpersonal skills

- Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills

**More about this role**
This role will support New World and Countdown stores at 10 hours weekly across Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

**Stores to support**:

- Countdown Hornby, Rolleston
- New World Lincoln, Rolleston, Wigram

**Work schedule**:

- Sunday night 5:30pm start - 3.5 hours
- Monday mornings 7:30am start - 4.5 hours
- Wednesday & Friday mornings - 8am start, 1 hour each day

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in the areas of FMCG, sales, retail, and/or grocery would be an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously as well as excellent communication, planning, and organization skills
- Flexibility is a must as hours may change due to business needs and busy season
- Current driver's license (unrestricted)
- Road worthy vehicle covered by a comprehensive car insurance
